Q: Will this actually hold a full-size hitch?
A: Yes — the Mag Hitch Pro was designed to handle real weight. It’s been tested with a 9-pound hitch and even a 15-pound drop hitch over railroad tracks, highway speeds, and off-road terrain. It holds firm.
Q: How strong are the magnets?
A: Each unit comes with four heavy-duty 4-inch rubber-coated magnets, bolted directly into the back of the product. The total grip strength is up to 360 lbs combined — and the rubber coating helps prevent scratching and slippage.
Q: What if one of the magnets gets damaged or worn out?
A: No problem. Every magnet is bolted in place and easily replaceable. If anything happens, just swap it out — no special tools required. Reach out to us for a replacement magnet.
Q: How fast do you ship?
A: I aim to ship all orders within 1–3 business days, but during high-demand periods it may take up to 5–7 days. Every unit is built, packed, and shipped by hand with care — quality comes first.
